Great Service Called and made an early a.m. appointment to fit my schedule, was meet at the service bay and within 5 minutes my A4 was in the service bay being work Called and made an early a.m. appointment to fit my schedule, was meet at the service bay and within 5 minutes my A4 was in the service bay being worked on. Everything was explained and the service went above and beyond. A follow up call later that day to make sure everything was completed. Professional folks from the My Service Contact "Sal" to the person who washed the car after the service was completed. My Audi came from another dealership but the next one will be purchased from the Professionals at Fort Myers Audi. More

Stepping up when others step out Had a squeaky noise from front brakes, turned out that with ceramic brake pads on S8 both pads and rotors should have beeen replaced. Corporate initia Had a squeaky noise from front brakes, turned out that with ceramic brake pads on S8 both pads and rotors should have beeen replaced. Corporate initially did not approve the work, service department tried various fixes that did not work. It took 5 visits to dealership for Audi corporate to approve parts, this fiasco lasted for about two months going back and forth. Rotors that were shipped from Germany arrived damaged two times. Barry the service director at Audi Fort Meyers put on his superman cape and ensured problem was finally addressed. The car is now rattle and squeak free for me to enjoy. This dealership really knows the meaning of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. On another sad note I called corporate a week ago to complain about the inconvience on this situation, they set up a file number but never called me back, THE customer complaint representative i spoke to showed little empathy with the situation. Not very smart , I have purchased 6 cars from Audi. More

The showroom is always clean, the waiting area always comfortable. There are always fresh drinks and snacks. It is always a present experience even when receiving complimentary services such as car wash. Only complaint is that prices are a little on the high side, but that is expected at all dealerships.
