They seem to book as many cars as they can possibly fit in. I had an appointment at 1030 and left there around 1300 just for them to rotate my tires and do the 30,000 mile inspection. Oh and run my car through a car wash that basically smeared all the dirt around. Best I can tell it's first come, first serve and the appointment process is a joke. If you need an air filter or cabin air filter be prepared to pay double the price compared to buying one at oriellys and they charge you $15 to install it. Even though they pull the old one to check it. If you put your old one back on, there's no charge to reinstall it. But buy a new one and replace your old one, $15. More
