This was the best experience that I’ve had with ever purchasing a vehicle. I didn’t feel pressured into getting something I didn’t want. I knew exactly what I wanted and Fred and Vipin made it happen. I purchasing a vehicle. I didn’t feel pressured into getting something I didn’t want. Paul and Annabel are very responsive, helpful and polite. I actually found the dealership via Costco and ended up getting the a certified pre-owned MDX. Annabel was able to text me all the information (links I actually found the dealership via Costco and ended up getting the a certified pre-owned MDX. Annabel was able to text me all the information (links to cars I was interested in and questions I had) I needed as we were actually at another dealership and she spoke to me when I freed up. Few days later when I was able to get into their dealership, I met Paul and he helped me with the car purchase process. I test drove alone due to COVID-19 rules and had to make sure I brought my phone / Google Maps in case I got lost! Paul was very accommodating as we needed my wife to purchase under her name and we couldn't come in at the same time due having two infants constantly needing attention. Thank you Paul and Annabel! More
