Thought we had a deal on a EV6 at MSRP no dealer adds but as car was arriving tried to charge me $2500 in dealer adds. Said its "required" on every car---- and they do it on every car--well not on mine!!! as car was arriving tried to charge me $2500 in dealer adds. BAIT AND SWITCH!! I went in to buy a car I found advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because o advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because of "dealer ad-on" items that you can't verify they even did, like "paint protection". Don't advertise the "price" of the car if you won't sell it for that! On top of that, I came in already pre-approved with my own financing. Then they tried to talk me into their financing which was a full percentage point higher than what I was already approved for! When I asked for the managers name who would not honor the internet advertised price, they refused to give it to me. So I was forced to mark all sales dept. with 1 star because it won't let me submit a review without picking one. Waste of time! #shady #rundontwalkaway More

I wanted to purchase a new Kia Niro. I requested a straightforward and fair transaction but it went south quickly. The salesperson (Barbara) assigned to me was responsive for our first interaction straightforward and fair transaction but it went south quickly. The salesperson (Barbara) assigned to me was responsive for our first interaction over the phone but then it took her hours to respond to me throughout the day after that. Here are the exorbitant charges this dealership expected me to pay. $899 for paint protectant $299 for VTR (I think this is for superfluous window etching) $699 for windows tinting $199 for floor mats $299 for VIP dent/ding Plus your standard doc fee. Not sure if "government fees" is standard but that is another almost $800. Then you have the taxes. I went with Carvana since that is more straightforward and I know what to expect. Horne Kia lost a buyer who had cash in hand and was ready to purchase. More

I should be a “0” STAR By far the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. I communicated back and forth with a salesperson from this location, confirmed what I had been offered el By far the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. I communicated back and forth with a salesperson from this location, confirmed what I had been offered elsewhere and what I was looking for. I was reassured numerous times that the deal was “good to go”. Once again, before I took the afternoon off work, drove 40 minutes to the dealership I was told “yes, we can make that work” When I arrived and got the process going I was shown my payment - $85 more PER MONTH than anywhere else and not at all what I was promised. I even showed them my communication of what I was promised and they still said “I needed to be willing to give a little” No, they didn’t agree to MSRP as promised. Later, after my afternoon was wasted I was told they could come down on price”. Which means I walked in thinking I had an agreement and they still tried to screw me. This is where car dealerships get a bad name. If you want any sort of ethics, stay far away from any Horne dealership More

FIRST RIPOFF. next issue i told them ill be back in about a week when my tax return comes well they said we can fill out these papers for your bank and when the first payment is due it wont cost you anything"SECOND RIPOFF. i can go on with their lies but these were the big ones. still no one showed me around the car. More

She is patient, hard working and really cares about getting you into the right automobile. I'm not the easiest person to work with as I do all my research and usually go to the dealership when I'm down to two choices. I made an appointment with BARBARA and told her I was not willing to spend the day at the dealership. When I arrived at 8:30 am she had my selections ready to test drive and had me out the door in just over 3 hours.Want a pleasurable buying experience, ask for BARBARA BLOSS. More

She worked diligently to make sure we were happy with our purchases (yes we Barbara Bloss is an awesome Sales person and our experience was amazing. She worked diligently to make sure we were happy with our purchases (yes we bought two vehicles in two months...long story). In the end we love our new KIA Telluride SX! The GM, Josh Bauman was also great to work with. He made sure our experience was memorable. He and his team in general are very professional and work hard to make sure they get repeat clients.
