Had a 9:00 AM appointment for service and arrived 10 minutes early. I sat outside in front of the garage door for 15 minutes not realizing since both service bays had one car just inside the door. Afte minutes early. I sat outside in front of the garage door for 15 minutes not realizing since both service bays had one car just inside the door. After going inside to see what the holdup was, I discovered that there were 2 open spots in front of each of these cars. Finally, a car was moved, and I was able to enter the service bay. Waited or a service writer for another 20 minutes while other vehicles came in, met with a service writer and had their cars moved into the que area with cars driving around me. I finally had to ask for a service writer to help me. It's now 9:30 AM. After an hour and a half, I went to the service writers' (who was talking to a fellow employee) to inquired as to what the diagnosis was. The two of them promptly walked away to show the service manager something funny on their phone. At that point I walked into the middle of the group (now totaling 4 people) and told the service writer I wanted my car back immediately and the service manager of my experience. I've had all service done on my 2013 Avalon by Wilde Toyota and always received and gave 5 stars. No more. More

Had an appt. today at9:30 for oil & tire rotation, got there at 9:20, had to wait for someone to help me for 22 min. They seems very good, professional and helpful when you go to buy a car but when it is time for service they are very poor. I bought the car from them and moved to new state and when I call them for servic go to buy a car but when it is time for service they are very poor. I bought the car from them and moved to new state and when I call them for service in new place ( within the warranty) they ask me to call the toyota service and when I called toyota, they said call dealer. Just want to make you buy car, nothing after. More

My salesman Tommy Haynes made sure he had the correct fit for me and was very comfortable to do business with. In the end I had the perfect car for my needs, a great SUV with low miles and a payment which I could manage. Great job Tommy!! The dogs luv it! Plus I have room for my large family and their gear. Let's not forget the manager, who went above and beyond to help me get a great trade in price...thank you sir, I don't know his name, but he deserves a raise, although all these guys do!
