Fair and Balanced, great salesman We were in search of a special Jeep Wrangler. We found it at Tom Wood Subaru. There was a mistake on their part on the advertise sales price and th We were in search of a special Jeep Wrangler. We found it at Tom Wood Subaru. There was a mistake on their part on the advertise sales price and they honored it even though they claim to be losing money. Our salesman Bill Vickery was outstanding. Josh Boyd was not so friendly after discovering the price mistake. Overall we are very happy with their purchase and felt good about the deal. I would recommend seeing Bill Vickery for your next purchase. More

Good purchasing experience Salesperson was helpful. I like that I was assigned a service rep the same day whom I will call direct w questions or to schedule maintenance & that Salesperson was helpful. I like that I was assigned a service rep the same day whom I will call direct w questions or to schedule maintenance & that he stayed late to meet me. Sales & service reps took extra time to sit in car & go over all the features w me without rushing me. I had traded in a 10 yr old car, so I wasn’t familiar w all the extras. I’m thrilled w my new Subaru!! More
