Jimmy Richardson does not take his job seriously he is too talkative, his productivity level is very poor and unacceptable he had me waiting for my car over 31/2 hours it only take 1 hr. to change the car too talkative, his productivity level is very poor and unacceptable he had me waiting for my car over 31/2 hours it only take 1 hr. to change the car trunk latch base,as a service advisor he should pay more attention to his job,rather than engage in non productivity work as it is going forward I don't want him to be my advisor, Albert Persaud More

Poor service no respect for the customer I had to I was yelled at because I did not have an appointment while my car was already in there custody. And also was told that my problem is my problem if I don’t yelled at because I did not have an appointment while my car was already in there custody. The service area is terrible. Took over 6 hours for an oil change. Nobody will update you. Just horrible. Al told me 2 hours tops. I had to call him after 4 hours of waiting, only to find out they hadn't oil change. Nobody will update you. Just horrible. Al told me 2 hours tops.
