Made my car buying process quick and easy. Test drove and took car off lot within 3 days of stepping into their dealership. Very friendly people all around and very fast responses. One of the few dealerships in the state that doesn't add a second sticker - or dealer markup - or market adjustments, etc. Most dealerships are gouging car buyers now because they know they can get away wit a second sticker - or dealer markup - or market adjustments, etc. Most dealerships are gouging car buyers now because they know they can get away with it due to limited inventory. Gilchrist isn't that way. We had a car totaled on a Friday and on Monday we had a brand new car in the driveway and we actually paid a little less than sticker for it. Unheard of in these times. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, patient, helpful. They have earned our business for the long haul. Highly recommended. More

My experience in purchasing a vehicle at Gilchrist Chevrolet with Austin Hetzel, Sales Floor Manager and Ron Pretti, Jr., Financial Manager was absolutely wonderful and stress free!! I described what Chevrolet with Austin Hetzel, Sales Floor Manager and Ron Pretti, Jr., Financial Manager was absolutely wonderful and stress free!! I described what type of vehicle I was looking for and my price range and Austin found me the perfect vehicle. Austin went out of his way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. He also went above and beyond by familiarizing me with my new Equinox and getting my new vehicle home for me. Ron did an excellent job going through the financing and documents with me and making sure I was comfortable with my purchase and options. He obtained a much better interest rate for me than I had been pre-approved for through my credit union. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind with absolutely no pressure for anything. I would recommend this dealership and both Austin and Ron to anyone wanting to purchase a car. More
