Nobody wants to have their brand new car in and outta the shop all the time but if ya gotta, these are the folks to come to! More

Sue was the only one who acknowledged my presence after walking into the service department and waiting for at least three minutes while two men sat at their desks without greeting me in any way, shape or walking into the service department and waiting for at least three minutes while two men sat at their desks without greeting me in any way, shape or form. I found that very disrespectful. I took a star away from her service because she didn't even bother to tell me what concerns there were for my vehicle- she just gave me the paper to figure it out for myself. I'm in the market for a new car and this will probably not be the dealership I choose to buy a car from. Disappointed. More
