Regal handled my service professionally and kept me informed throughout the process. I had been researching trading this year and wanted to try out the new 2022 Honda Odyssey EX-L and. I approached Austin and asked if he had access to keys, he replied yes sir how can I be of service. I told him what I was interested in and a few minutes later he pulled up the van, went over the features and asked if I was ready to try it out. It was a great test drive we chatted about general topics as I drove around town. Austin was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. When I decided to talk a trade it was a pleasant no pressure experience. We came to an agreement and Matt Bell, sales manager went over the details and we crunched the numbers for the out the door price. I got what I expected for my 2017 CR-V, and got an exceptional below MSRP price on the 2022 Odyssey. I had a mobility scooter rack on my 2017 CR-V and Austin delivered to my house at my convenience. That is service beyond any expectations. Regal Honda is my preferred Honda Dealership. I always try to do business within my community. I’ve been a happy customer since moving to Lakeland. This is my 3rd new Honda and all have been serviced by Regal Honda. Great bunch of folks, always polite and helpful. More

I bought my 2021 Honda Ridgeline truck on 04/02/2021 and working with Austin was excellent. Very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the Honda sales manager, Thomas Farris. He went the extra mile to make sure I was leaving on a high note. I am 74 years old and bought many new vehicles in the past and after you sign and leave most of the time you get a cold shoulder the next time you stop in a dealership but not at Lakeland Honda. I stopped in the following Monday and Thomas Farris the sales manager stopped in the middle of his lunch and satisfied me and said " I want you to walk out of here satisfied. That made me remember when I had a small business in PA. A few years ago. My big sign read, " satisfied customers is my most important product". Now I know how a young man his age is the sales manager. More
