The car was at the dealer longer than I was told even though I had an appointment. Then I was told my car needed further diagnostics to complete the programming of my key. I picked my vehicle up took it though I had an appointment. Then I was told my car needed further diagnostics to complete the programming of my key. I picked my vehicle up took it somewhere else for a 1/3 of the price and the key was made without any other diagnostics. They either didn’t want to do it or they were looking for more money.I would not recommend the service department. More

We were told we needed all new tire sensor’s because they tested bad paid the $500 charge for them picked up my truck and light was still on, took it back and was then told oh your spare tire was low we aire tested bad paid the $500 charge for them picked up my truck and light was still on, took it back and was then told oh your spare tire was low we aired it up and light is off. Seriously how did all the sensors test bad and replacing them didn’t fix the issue. Plus we were told we have to replace them all or the system won’t work - well only the tires on the ground were replaced. I was told a manager would call due to us feeling like we were taken advantage of. It’s been a week and still no call from a manager. So we paid $500 for sensors that wasn’t need. Very frustrating! More

Carver called me for a recall appointment then said they didn’t have parts. Kept my truck Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Then called and said it was finished. At that time I didn’t have time before cl didn’t have parts. Kept my truck Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Then called and said it was finished. At that time I didn’t have time before closing to get there so I picked it up on Tuesday. All for a Fri 9:00am recall that they set up the date. This recall has been going on for at least 4+ years. More
