I live in Bloomington and was hesitant to make the drive, but the moment I contacted this dealership about a vehicle I was interested in, I knew they were dedicated to making their customers happy and I was but the moment I contacted this dealership about a vehicle I was interested in, I knew they were dedicated to making their customers happy and I was so pleased with the customer service and enthusiasm presented to me at every corner. Shea went above and beyond and I’m so pleased I got to work with him and made the drive to Carver for my dream vehicle! I knew the moment I contacted the dealership- they were kind and thoughtful and were willing to help in any way possible- Shea was the crux of these interactions. His enthusiasm towards your car buying experience is contagious and eases your anxiety and fears throughout the process. Service department is horrible. After having all my service work done there I decided to change my own oil because I didn't have hours to sit in there and wait. While removing my sk After having all my service work done there I decided to change my own oil because I didn't have hours to sit in there and wait. While removing my skid plates I noticed multiple bolt holes are stripped out, my rear skid plate only had 3 bolts and they were not the same as factory bolts, my drain plug was way overtightened to the point I thought it was going to strip and my oil filter was so tight I had to put a hole in it to get it off. They've forgotten to tighten my oil filter before causing a huge oil leak and they don't always rotate your tires when you pay for them to do it. I mark my tires every time I go in there and have caught them not rotating them. Worst Service techs ever. Advisors are nice but the techs make them all look bad More

Great experience with Bryce and Jason. I would definitely work with Bryce and Jason to buy from Carver again. Although Carver is an hour and a half drive away, it was well worth it. One of the key metrics of customer service performance is repeat business. I purchased a vehicle from these folks three months ago. Jason and his sales staff worked their magic. I am completely satisfied with the vehicle and the service. No buyers remorse.
