This review is purely based on the service centre. We have had 3 service appointments with this dealership. Each time we wait in a line for a minimum of 45 minutes to reach the service desk. On this last have had 3 service appointments with this dealership. Each time we wait in a line for a minimum of 45 minutes to reach the service desk. On this last occasion it was over an hour. This is unexceptionable customer service. Fix your issues, if you want to see me again. Also who ever books the appointments doesn’t know how to key in the date. 2 of the 3 times we have received an appointment reminder, they have wrong the date, and it’s not even close. More

We purchased a used vehicle from Arta Seyranoglu. He was extremely easy to deal with and very knowledgeable on the vehicles that we considered on the lot. The vehicle was ready on the delivery date with a f extremely easy to deal with and very knowledgeable on the vehicles that we considered on the lot. After being in the market for a new vehicle for a few months, we decided a Toyota was right for us. We were unable to find what we were looking for at some other dealerships but after brief conversation months, we decided a Toyota was right for us.
