Hi! I’m Anyssa Valenzuela, BDC Administrator here at John Eagle Honda of Dallas. I enjoy leading a team working hard to foster and maintain great relationships with clients and the community at large. I’m a great mentor to fellow colleagues who I’m training and have advanced in my role here since joining the company. Whether supporting my colleagues or working with a customer, it’s my pleasure to offer friendly, approachable service—always looking for ways to make others smile or laugh. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I root hard for the Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks and Texas Rangers. I play softball for fun and like working out at the gym. I’m also a big foodie who means business when it’s time to put in an order!

Gabriel, Service Advisor, was polite and answered my many questions throughly and patiently. I received a text telling me that Service recommended additional work. (My 2019 Honda CRV was in for her 20,00 questions throughly and patiently. I received a text telling me that Service recommended additional work. (My 2019 Honda CRV was in for her 20,000 maintenance.) I asked Service to proceed. Jennifer, Service Desk, helped me understand all the work that had been done & printed out the a checklist for me. Finally, Robert, Shuttle Driver, was a careful driver, professional, courteous and an excellent conversationalist. Also, I was so pleased that shuttle was immaculately clean. More

After a safety recall repair that I thought was finished, Anyssa Valenzuela left me vague voicemails about how John Eagle Honda would like me to return "for warranty purposes." She was obviously reading from a script—and doing it poorly—so I ignored what seemed to be a clumsy sales call to try to get a 25-year-old car back in their shop. Unbeknownst to me, she was actually trying to cover up a botched photo upload that happened under her supervision that was required to document completion of the safety repair, and until I returned for another photo the VIN would still show an open recall. Had she left this specific information on the voicemail, it would have been a much less frustrating experience overall. In her mind, saying the words "warranty purposes" somehow communicated "we screwed up the safety recall repair process so you need to come back." When I did bring the car back, she was extremely unprofessional and uncaring, even repeating how she had said "warranty purposes" on voicemail as though that explained everything. A simple apology accepting responsibility for inconveniencing a customer would have gone a long way, but that apparently was beyond her capabilities. More

John Eagle is the BEST HONDA dealership in Dallas, Texas, that I've experienced. Everytime that I have visited for services for my Honda CR-V, Touring, Joel, has managed to get Every requested detailed se that I've experienced. Everytime that I have visited for services for my Honda CR-V, Touring, Joel, has managed to get Every requested detailed service excellently executed with an Excellent Customer Servive outcome! The staff when they have completed the servive on your car/SUV, or your vehicle; your vehicle, is washed chkg each time of service. I'm always a very Happy camper. I'm very appreciative of the complimentary coffee, hot drinks, and a couple of refreshment machines in the event the customer desires snacks. I am totally Satisfied with the service/s, rendered, and services completed on my vehicles. More
