I was really disappointed the cost of my car went up $200 per month from the time I ordered to when I received the car. The dealership was uncaring of this and not very customer focused. Overall, this will drive me to order my next car from Ford where the price and rates are protected. FCAs inability to deliver my car in a timely fashion translates to a materially higher cost for me. Extremely dissatisfied. More
