The best experience I have ever in Sarant Cadillac. I’m very close to King o rouke in smithtown but I was never happy with them. So it’s worth to go to Sarant to be satisfied. My husband and I had a very positive experience with both the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased t the dealership and our salesman, Alexander Bowen. Alexander was very professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased the 2023 XT5. He spent a lot of time with us setting up the car( to personalize it( settings etc.) and was very patient with us and all our questions. He did not rush us. They never dissappoint. good, fast, reasonably priced service. went in for a simple oil change (again) greeted immediately, got me right in, asked me 3x if i needed anythin good, fast, reasonably priced service. went in for a simple oil change (again) greeted immediately, got me right in, asked me 3x if i needed anything while i was waiting, finished much faster than i expected, and i was back on the road in very little time. price was comparable with with any oil change place around. once you use the coupon and throw in a car wash it became an amazing deal for excellent service.
