Kyle, in the finance department, was also nice to work with and made the financing process fast and easy. We had a great overall experience and plan to make future purchases with Dave and the rest of the team. More

She was adamant about purchasing again from Dean because she has enjoyed such great and honest service there over the years. She is always treated with respect and is well taken care of by Anthony in the service department. Anthony referred my Mom to Reese Gayden in sales for her new car. Reese was super pleasant to deal with. I reside out of state but wanted to help my Mom with her purchase. Reese totally understood. He communicated with me via text so that we could make sure that my Mom got exactly what she wanted and needed. I must say that Reese surpassed both of our expectations. He was extremely well informed, patient and and went above and beyond to ensure that my Mom was more than satisfied. I now totally understand why she wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. Just an EXCELLENT experience for her at Dean yet again. More

Great working with Reece Gayden Reece never gave up on trying to get me a new car deal. I had a bad experience with my new GTI 2015. No one at the dean team could fix the problem a Reece never gave up on trying to get me a new car deal. I had a bad experience with my new GTI 2015. No one at the dean team could fix the problem after two months being in the shop. Reece knew I liked the GTI as I had a 2006 model I traded in last year so I knew the car. He didn't let this bad experience go. I walked away one time and sure enough, the next night I had a call from him wanting to get a deal worked out. He kept plugging away for me with a smile and a good word even though I probably wasn't the happiest with How VW handled my 2015 GTI. I have to say, Reece was a great experience and if I do buy another car, I hope that sales person is like him! More

New Car Purchase My husband has some difficulties with his hearing, so we were looking for a car with minimal road noise. Reese G. recommended a 2015 Passat which we My husband has some difficulties with his hearing, so we were looking for a car with minimal road noise. Reese G. recommended a 2015 Passat which we test drove at interstate speeds. My husband had no difficulty hearing, it was so quiet. The car was a diesel with amazing gas mileage, but I wasn't sure of the color and we had some doubts about a diesel. When we expressed these doubts, Reese and Dave S. surprised us and didn't act like typical sales people trying to talk us into the diesel. Instead, they asked us if we would be interested in the gas engine version of the same model. We were, but the color we wanted wasn't in stock. Dave proceeded to search for the car we wanted and found there was only one in the state which they arranged to get for us. Reese, Dave and Jason all stayed for two hours after closing to help us. We were very impressed and felt they were very genuine. My husband was unable to be with me when I picked up the car and the numerous features were explained, so one day he met with Anthony S. who helped him. We would highly recommend all the employees we have dealt with. More

I've owned 3 Jetta's previously and the purchase of this one was the best experience. Jamie knew EVERYTHING about the car and was able to explain the differences between the 2014 and the 2015 Jetta. I'm glad he took the time to show me all the differences because it really made me chose the right car for me. He was very patient and made the purchase a good experience. I will purchase my next car from Jamie. I have also had my Jetta's serviced at the Dean Team. The service department is exceptional. More
