Poor customer service, Brittney is rude and needs to be retrained, nobody is helpful, after u get the car they don’t care about ur needs so if the car starts actin up , u on ur own. I got a car two weeks ago n the car won’t start n can’t get anyone from the dealer to help. Britney the service representative refused to grab one of her managers out of a meeting and told me that I had to wait and that she had to address the customer that was in front of her. A good customer service representative would’ve known to address the customer who was on the phone and than the customer that was infront of her. She is very rude , kept picking up putting me on hold without me even sayin okay. She just kept picking up puttin the phone on hold. More
