Our salesperson Mrs. Angela Monroe was awaiting our arrival, front door sidewalk, Greetings (Awesome) very personable and attentive, our best interest from beginning to end. Found a used vehicle online, a purchase for my daughter, drove from Georgia to pick it up. There were other encounters Matt Testa (used car manager) Super, Amazing, Julio (Business Manager) serves his position well, and the AWFUL & DESPICABLE FINANCE MANAGER John Reeves. I guess his title and tactics have served Mercedes-Benz Gainesville profit. He desperately tries to underscore one's intelligence, by using words such as common sense or the average person, very argumentive, persuasive, cocky, and rude. Beyond that, he dared to tell me he didn't have time for all my questions and concerns. An insult beyond barriers. We walked away to leave, the dealership. Our salesperson caught up to us, apologizing for what had taken place, asked us to come back inside, and she had someone else assist us. Car was purchased. More

My experience a Mercedes Benz was pleasant because of Angela. She was very professional, and she knew the product that she was trying to sell. A lot of time when shopping for vehicles it's hard for me be Angela. She was very professional, and she knew the product that she was trying to sell. A lot of time when shopping for vehicles it's hard for me because I know little about what I am looking for in a vehicle. I only know what I want it to "LOOK" like. Angela educated me on multiple products that Mercedes carries and gave me options. I love that fact that she made NO assumptions to what she thought I might need, want, or could afford.
