After numerous test drives, issues with financing due to my trade’s negative equity, and over 8 hours of no eating - he made it happen. Not only that, I had to leave my broken down vehicle overnight to head back home (over 2 hours away) and he worked with the towing company the very next day to make sure it was taken care of!!
