This dealership experience was beyond terrible! Andy, the so-called "Service Manager," proved to be the most deceitful person I've ever encountered. After dropping off my car on Tuesday, it wasn't Andy, the so-called "Service Manager," proved to be the most deceitful person I've ever encountered. After dropping off my car on Tuesday, it wasn't returned to me until eight days later, with no updates whatsoever during that time. Whenever I tried to contact them for information, I was either put on hold indefinitely or Andy disconnected the call. Despite his claims that the technicians were diligently working on my car, I found it parked in the same spot every time I checked. When I finally got my car back, Andy had the audacity to quote me $13,000 for repairs, suggesting I should just buy a new car instead. He even questioned why I wouldn't let my insurance cover the cost, knowing it would raise my premiums. Then, when I asked about trading in my car, they offered a mere $15,000, despite its actual value being $27,000 according to Kelley Blue Book and other sources. This experience left me feeling disrespected and utterly disgusted. I will never do business with them again, and I sincerely hope Andy faces the consequences for his actions. This incident not only cost me financially but also caused me to miss eight days of work, as this is my primary work vehicle. Thank you for showing me exactly why I will never return to your dealership. More

Basil was very patient with us in making a final decision to purchase a new auto. He showed us the models and explained a lot when comparing them. I have sought him as my rep for several autos now and will to purchase a new auto. He showed us the models and explained a lot when comparing them. I have sought him as my rep for several autos now and will continue to do so. Andy is outstanding in Service, always keeps me informed and knows his craft well. Everyone is always so nice at this location. My only comment is that I now have both a 2021 Highlander Hybrid and a 2024 Highlander Hybrid Platinum and the 2021 model is so much easier to use the multimedia console than the 2024. The integrated video camera is also difficult to use and a few days later are unsure as to how. I went online and found a manual for the video camera, which was large, and it is not very clear. I really much prefer the console on the 2021 since it is 100% much more user friendly than the 2024. More
