Best dealership experience ever When we arrived at the dealership, Dario was working with some other customers. He was very kind and helped to entertain our young children while my wife and filled out the application to lease the car. Dario joined us after finishing with the other folks and was very easy to work with. Jeff handled the business part of the transaction and he was also very easy to work with. We are very satisfied with the experience and have already given Dario's name to some friends that are in the market for a new car. I only wish that Rick Case sold bigger trucks as I would be happy to negotiate a deal with him. We will look forward to working with Dario again when the lease on our 2015 Accord comes to an end. More

We received a flyer purchase a vehicle (Vehicle Exchange Program) I found a car that I liked and printed the ad , when I arrived to the dealer the sal We received a flyer purchase a vehicle (Vehicle Exchange Program) I found a car that I liked and printed the ad , when I arrived to the dealer the salesman was very nice, but when he went to speak to the manager, he came back saying that the ad for that specific vehicle was wrong that the vehicle was $8000 dollars more expensive and the vehicle exchange program program was a lie. I will never go back to these people, Bait and switch programs at this dealership Unethical the manager did not even come out of his office to speak to us. Worst experience at a dealership! More

Before I went to Rick Case Honda I visited several dealers from which I had very bad experiences. Because of Mr. Jacques Auguste and also sales manager Andy Radu's amiability, friendliness, professionalism, and help finding what we were looking for, we did business with Rick Case Honda. Really, these employees made our experience an enjoyable one, what is difficult find in other places speaking from own experience. Thank you so much Mr. Auguste and Mr. Radu for your great services. We then entered the next phase, the dreaded price negotiating. Mr. Andy Radu's approach was relaxed, straight forward and we rapidly came to an agreement. The next step was Mr. Eddie Figueredo's office.He explained everything and answered my numerous questions with a smile on his face and up-beat attitude. The entire process lasted a few short, pleasant hours. The team I had working with me exhibited an extremely high standard of professionalism in a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. For my friends and family this is how I summed up the experience: "It took me longer to get insurance coverage than it took to purchase the vehicle!" I was very pleased with the helpfulness of all employees mentioned above. Robert was very attentive and understanding of my needs and assisted me as much as possible in the purchase of a new Honda. I have mentioned above. Robert was very attentive and understanding of my needs and assisted me as much as possible in the purchase of a new Honda. I have been a loyal Honda owner since 1985. I originally purchased a Honda Accord hatchback in 1985 and shipped it to England when I moved overseas in 1989. That car followed me to Germany two years later and then I purchased a new Honda Accord while living in Germany (1993). The second Honda stayed with me until this year when unfortunately I was unable to continue driving my 1993. If I could have I would have continued driving that vehicle for at least another 100,000 miles. My 1993 had close to 200,000 miles on it. I loved that car. That brought me to Rick Case Honda where Robert, Jason and Andy were completely helpful in guiding me through the purchase of my third Honda. I was completely satisfied with all of the help and knowledge demonstrated by Robert, Jason and Andy. Thank you again and I look forward to any future involvement with Rick Case Honda. More
