Not Bad for a group supervised by aBrit and BAMA fan ! My sales person Andy was relentless. I originally called to see if a car I saw on the net was available. Andy got the call. I told hi, I was coming in the next day and I did not. Andy called to follow up to see if he missed me and I told him I was coming in in 2 days. He called the day before to make sure I was coming. When I arrived he greeted me and my son. He had the car waiting in the shade for us to view. He must have noticed the lack of excitement about the car because he took us upstairs to view 2 more cars. My son was really excited about one of them. I told Andy that we were going to look at one other car before we close the deal. Andy stated he understood and asked for a time frame. While looking at the other car my son and I stopped for lunch. We took longer than planned but as we were heading back to the dealership Andy called to see if we were coming back. e finalized the deal and drove off HAPPY. The over all experience was GREAT. Andy was not a pressure salesman. He was persistent but not a nescience. I encountered the finance manger Tracey who was very friendly and the pit bosses. They too were friendly and willing to have work to WIN WIN situation for us all. You guys continue to remember that people can go anywhere to look at a car but, the Customer Service define whether or not they buy it from you or not. Thank you Andy for a making us feel satisfied. CBB had what is now my 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in stock. From my very first call to CBB, after which time I exclusively dealt with Andy Manahl, Andy was extremely helpful and provided me with any and everything I wanted to know about this vehicle. Being situated in South Texas (Laredo), I had never purchased a vehicle without first looking at it in person and test driving it; however, Andy explained to me CBB's practice of selling only certified vehicles, and he furhter emphasized CBB's tireless effort to provide its customers with excellent service and products. Let me tell you, this was no lie! This certainly put me at ease, and promptly abled me to make a quick purchase. The sales price offered was competitive and fair for both the buyer (me) and seller (CBB). With about 850 miles between me and CBB, Andy worked hard to keep me up to date with the processing of such a long distance deal, which only added to the satisfaction I experienced in making this purchase. I don't know when I'll purchase another vehicle, but when I do, I be starting my search at CBB and looking for Andy to help make it happen. Thank you, Andy, and CBB! I highly recommend CBB's fair pricing and excellent customer service to anyone out there looking for their next automobile! More
