Buying my brand new car was a complete disaster. They didn't want to uphold the deal we talked about on the phone and that we had in writing. Reason, because I didn't want to sell them my car for $2 They didn't want to uphold the deal we talked about on the phone and that we had in writing. Reason, because I didn't want to sell them my car for $20.000 under what I could get in a private sale. After I filled out the automatic service review from them ( which they are very big on, if you notice reading the reviews their comment is always "sorry for misunderstanding or we did this, this and that for you "), the owner contacted us and said they would sell us the car for what was agreed on and I don't have to sell them mine, which was never part of the deal. When we test drove the car originally, it had boxes in the back with the roof rails and parts. We also asked about black marks on the car and were told that is glue from the protective foil. That comes off. Well apparently it's my job to take care of that. We got the car exactly the way we test drove it. It was not detailed inside or out. Boxes still in the back. Service was already closed when we picked it up. When I brought the car in for the first service and asked to have at least the outside buffed to get the glue off (I couldn't get it off myself) they denied it. So, unless you like to get screwed by scheisters and like to service your car yourself, DON'T BUY FROM FORD KIA COLUMBIA. More
