Hello there, I am Andrew. I have worked at Whitby Toyota for well over a decade, and it has brought me great joy to help my many clients find the right car. When I can help the same person I already know on a second (or even third) vehicle purchase, they become more than a customer - they become extended family. This is my fourth time purchasing a vehicle with this dealership. Andrew took time to find me a Corolla during challenging times in the car industry. My wife purchased a Rav 4 from this dealership a year ago. I am in the market to replace my F150 work truck. I was browsing but not quite ready to buy. I saw a Tundra that I learned was off lease. The price was below the asking price at other lots and the vehicle maintenance records showed that the previous owner took care of the truck. Between the vehicle and the salesman Andrew Ward, this was a done deal. He offered me a test drive and was not pushy. He waited a few days between tire kicking and my return call. Well done Toyota. More

Andrew Ward helped me buy my car at Whitby Toyota recently. I sought out Andrew as he assisted when I purchased my previous car at Whitby Toyota 13 years ago. Andrew has always helped if I had questions over the years. My son also has his car serviced at Whitby Toyota. He has had reason to deal with local auto dealerships other than Toyota to assist family members and has not been impressed. We both prefer Whitby Toyota. I was so glad I could count on Andrew when I was looking for another car. I felt so comfortable dealing with him. He is always cheerful and good-natured and will go beyond to help in any way.
