A graduate of Lincoln Academy, he worked in the Construction Trades for a few years prior to coming to the Key Auto Group. In his spare time, he likes to ski, golf, fish and just about anything outdoors. His cheerful and positive nature makes buying a car fun. Not aware why vehicle is in for repair when service rep was told about issue. Unable to repair set up another appointment we dropped car off for second appointment received a call from service department was told about issue. Dorothy was very professional on the phone a when was there plus very polite. The hardest thing there to do is get an appointment I know it’s tough but I have to schedule my appointments when I don’t hav there plus very polite.
