Came in on a Monday evening after work for a 30k mile service - was made aware of price of service but not time frame. Wasn't offered a service car or asked if I would like to go anywhere, so I assumed i service - was made aware of price of service but not time frame. Wasn't offered a service car or asked if I would like to go anywhere, so I assumed it was a less-than 1.5-hour service. Turns out the service was over 2 hours (labor report says 2.2 and I was there until 3 so the car sat for an extra 45 minutes). Needless to say, I spent 3 hours in the dealership waiting. Probably won't be going back to that dealership for my service - I'll drive into Grand Rapids. Also asked about adding a towing package to my car - the guy at the service desk had no idea about it or who to ask, and he didn't ask anyone else. So I guess I won't be getting my tow package from them as well. Didn't work with anyone that I have to rate below so those rating are useless. More

5 stars is NOT high enough to rate Andrew. I am a nurse and first time car buyer from a dealership not only did I get out late due to my job but I was dead tired and exhausted by the end of the day when I and first time car buyer from a dealership not only did I get out late due to my job but I was dead tired and exhausted by the end of the day when I could get to the dealership with my husband. Andrew patiently walked myself and my husband through buy a car even though he ended up staying until 9:30 10pm at night because my old car was unsafe to drive and I needed a new car right away. He patiently addressed all our questions and concerns and helped steer me to a car that suited my needs and preferences. Every member of the team was kind and patient with two very tired nurses making me actually manage to enjoy getting a new car. Bill Ferry and Jacob Childress kept a light friendly humor and very clear straightforward information which was helpful and appreciated. Then Andrew also helped me set up the app on a day that was convenient to me so I could make starting my car from my phone when winter comes and I don’t want to walk out to the garage more then once. Andrew and in fact everyone who helped me get my car have gone above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it and just wish I could give them more stars. They deserve it. More
