Everyone was patient answering my questions which made me feel comfortable with the big purchase I was deciding to make. I have never experienced such a helpful and sincere dealership, it is refreshing to buy a car from a dealership that isn’t interested in playing any games. Everything was straightforward and honest. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but still have tons of questions. Andrea made the process so easy for me. She answered all of my questions, gave great suggestions, and offered to let me test drive the car the same day which helped me in making my decision. She sent me all of the information whenever I had any questions which was also great. There was no pressure to buy and she was very easy going. Very communicative throughout the whole process even after we left she was quick to respond to any questions we had. She made sure I understood everything I was signing which helped make this a stress free but experience and as a female, I really appreciate that. She worked diligently to ensure our expectations were met and kept us updated throughout the whole process. It felt like I was buying a car from a family member vs a one time transaction. I would not hesitate to buy another car from her or refer a friend/family member to her and Central. More

I’ve been trying to get my mom to buy a newer car for a while and she finally made the first step and went to a dealership. This was a really big step for her since this would be her first car purchase since my father passed. My mom is looking to stay at a low monthly payment since she is retired, Andrea proceeded to go to her manager to see what would work for my mom, she went and showed my mom their used selection, unfortunately none of the cars that were available on the lot and in her price range met the criteria that my mom was looking for but we will be checking the website to see if something works for my mom. I know it’s your job to sell cars but thank you for being patient with my mom and not taking advantage of my mom like other salesmen would. More
