They went above and beyond troubleshooting what was causing the noise. They checked area twice. The. Andrea rode in the car with me and was able to hear the noise. Nice to know I’m not crazy. After repairs got car on Friday and the next day check engine light was back on. Called and left message I was bringing car back on Monday. When I dropped off car on Monday, no loaner was available. I engine light was back on. Called and left message I was bringing car back on Monday. When I dropped off car on Monday, no loaner was available. I waited ~1hr, and they were able to run diagnosis, which indicated the sensor which they had replaced as part of original service was faulty. A loaner vehicle was quickly arranged. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In general, it appears Subarus are more expensive for maintenance and repair, however, most of our Subarus have lasted beyond 250,000 miles; so you get what you pay for. More

I came a day early for my appointment and they got me in no problem! That was spectacular, since it was my error. It took under an hour to install my new rear view mirror and wash my car.
