Joey was great to work with during and after the sale! One of my greatest pet peeves is pushy sales people who are shady, Joey was not this at all; he was honest and straightforward. This was our 5th time at Ed Martin Buick GMC since 2012 to purchase or lease a new vehicle. Each time we were treated courteously by knowledgeable helpful staff. Never rushed or pressured to choose a vehi to purchase or lease a new vehicle. Each time we were treated courteously by knowledgeable helpful staff. I really enjoyed the Truck buying experience at Ed Martin GMC. All the sales people were great to work with. The only annoying process was the sales pitch on the Simoniz, warranty plan. After spending nearly GMC. All the sales people were great to work with. The only annoying process was the sales pitch on the Simoniz, warranty plan. After spending nearly $50,000 on the truck if you went with the highest plan it could’ve added another $6000 to the financing. Most folks have a budget on what they want to spend and adding additional cost to the monthly payment even though it was called “minimal” with the 72 month finance plan...still can being Uncomfortable to make a decision. More

I WAS NOT expecting to purchase on the day that we did...we were just seeking details and information. They made the process so simple, gave us extraordinary trade-in numbers, discounts and rebates, we were simply unable to not purchase. They even insisted we take the vehicle home for the evening to think about it. Come the next morning, the deal was done...sweet! More
