oil change on a cold day I took my Rav in for an oil change and I was told due to the extremely cold weather the usual car wash was not happening. I begged my service rep as w I took my Rav in for an oil change and I was told due to the extremely cold weather the usual car wash was not happening. I begged my service rep as we had just returned from a long car trip and the vehicle was covered in salt and sand. When my servicing was done, my Rav appeared clean and shining. The service rep had come through for me. She is always helpful and friendly but this was really going that extra mile and I appreciate it. Thanks More

Words can not express the professionalism and dedication that the Toyota employees show to their customers. My Sales Representative Sam was awesome and attentive! Second to None! I just received my fourth brand new car from Whitby Toyota. My husband as well as our son, have also purchased all their cars from Whitby Toyota. Over the years we have done some comparison shopping and there is NO dealership that even comes close to the service, reliability, flexibility, price, and quality of professionalism. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members over the years and all have been terrific. The staff truly know their products and are willing to take the time to explain what you need to know as a customer. The good thing is that I am confident that my car will receive excellent follow-up service in the years to come. The team in the service department will bend over backwards for their clients. I am so happy to give Whitby Toyota a 'five star' rating! More
