I had been quoted the price and accepted it paying it with the assistance of additional employee. Even though in todays economy the price was a challenge but I left satisfied. More

The Secor parts department failed on numerous levels to do what it takes to find a water pump and a few o-rings to get my 2017 RAM running. I was without a truck for almost 3 weeks and there was no offer of a loaner vehicle. When I asked what the delay was, I was told it was a Chrysler union strike that delayed parts availability. It was strongly suggested I find o-ring gaskets myself. First one, and then after another delay, asked to find a second one. I was appalled that Secor failed to think logically and source the parts through other mopar suppliers which I was able to do myself both times in two minutes no on my phone. I was considering trading in the truck at Secor for a 3/4 ton model. After the lousy service and lack of communication, I took my business elsewhere. I will NOT return to Secor any time soon. Since that time, the Service rep. I dealt with was fired, but not the parts Manager. Seems to me, there should be a closer look at the root cause of why customers are not returning. The Service Department can't repair vehicles without the support of a heads up Parts Department. Mark More
