Told battery needed. Battery was only 5months old. Put in by AAAs and under waranty. I was told brakes should be considered. That the reading was a #1. Yet my paperwork given to me when I paid my bill showed #3. and #5. She also said she would take picture of rusty brake drums and show them to me. I never saw any pictures. Your asst serv mgr. who signed me in for service said she would check on everything and when I came to pay my bill I asked her if everything was done and she said she checked on everything and that everything on my list was done and no problems! If that was the case, why was there wet toweland rags still on floor?
