I was pleased with everything until I neared Kohl's on Balt Pike on the way home. Tire light came on the dashboard (first flashing, then a solid light) on 2009 Corolla. Thought one of my tires were low despite on the service order tires were checked (and they were all fine for PSI when I brought it in). Did not have any lights on when I brought it in either. Returned physically to the shop & told all tire pressures OK, but it was the sensor (not told by a mechanic directly or Service rep). Tire light still lit now. Called Service the next day since I had a funeral to attend. Gave Service the description of problem & they confirmed what I was told previously. Indicated it would cost $290 for the 1st sensor with an additional $200 for each added one if needed. It would be hit & miss trying to find out which tire sensor it was? Not sure about this explanation since I was stunned? Just thought it was rather ironic that moments after leaving the shop & not even a mile from Conicelli, I had a problem when I didn't have that problem when I brought it in. In fact, I never recalled ever having that problem or with my other car - a 2012 Camry (all purchased here). Don't have almost $1,000 to fix the problem - in my late 70s. More

The desk personnel are very responsive, courteous, but something is off. My standard maintenance, oil change & tire rotation took 8 hours. I had no plans to leave my car for the day & that was made clear something is off. My standard maintenance, oil change & tire rotation took 8 hours. I had no plans to leave my car for the day & that was made clear when I scheduled. The carpet on the front passenger side had a large, dirty shoe/boot print. And I have no idea what break fluid service the rep was talking about. Apparently, it's a needed service but they didn't have the equipment till 2 yrs ago?!? I have been coming for every service for several Toyotas, for decades. No one has ever mentioned this "needed" service before. Even though this dealership is in my neighborhood, I'm thinking about switching. More

I feel that I was lied too. Service Dept. Asst. Mgr. Made service promises that were not kept. I am a senior citizen and asked to have the air in my tires checked. After servic Service Dept. Asst. Mgr. Made service promises that were not kept. I am a senior citizen and asked to have the air in my tires checked. After service, tires still showed lb ower pressure in 3 out of 4 tires. Vehicle rubber mats that I had removed due to water leakage in /on front floor were never put back in as promised.Driver side mat is required to be put in and hooked on floor was not done yet even it is required to pass inspection. Vehicle still passed inspection. I was told water leak problems were fixed but floor was still somewhat wet and wet towels and rags were still on the floor over the reported wet spots. How can I be sure anything that was suppose to be done and or replaced was done. I feel I was lied to by service assist mgr and service dept did not do their job! Oh, I had made a couple of lists of things that the vehicle was brought in to be fixed or serviced. They were laying on the wet passenger side floor wet and partially unreadable!!This dealerships service dept. has lost me as a customer. Who needs to buy a vehicle and deal with lies and work not being as suppose to be done! More
