Work is performed properly, but service advisors have no concept of customer service. Waiting times are long, in part because service advisors do not check for completed jobs. The whole process was seamless, starting from check in to the delivery of the vehicle. I’m always pleased and satisfied with the service and experience. Alisa Fox is a gem and helped me with renewing a service plan, appointment preliminaries, etc. She is so kind and welcoming, a woman’s to experience.
