My name is Alisha Chappell and I have been a sales consultant with the Grande Prairie Auto group going on 9 months now. I have very high expectations in customer service and feel every customer should be treated with respect and courtesy. I enjoy taking the time to help each and every one of my customers find the vehicle that is right for them. Buying a vehicle whether it is a second vehicle your very first purchase, whatever the occasion it should be a fun and enjoyable experience, I assure all my customers will experience this. When I’m not hard at work finding you the perfect vehicle, I am spending that time with my 3 beautiful children. As all my children are young and full of energy, we are always on the go with school events, soccer, gymnastics, swimming, shows, and of course the park. I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity the Grande Prairie Auto group has given me. I know I will be part of this company for many years to come and look forward to exceling my career

Outstanding! My son and I arrived after an 8 hour drive to pick up a new/used Quad cab 4x4 which I discovered through auto trader online. Initially I was disappoi My son and I arrived after an 8 hour drive to pick up a new/used Quad cab 4x4 which I discovered through auto trader online. Initially I was disappointed in the vehicle I selected (not large enough in the back) and there was a mix up with the kilometres advertised. Tim and Alicia took a very disappointed client and turned the experience for my son and I into something that was over and above anything I expected. We walked away very very pleased. Rest assured for any of you dealing with Alicia or Tim, they will take very good care of you if you let them. More

Overall good experience, quick and efficient process. Business manager was able to find a very good finance rate for the purchase. More

Alisha had done a great job providing customer service, she made buying this truck easy, not stressful nor was she pushy. We have purchased 2 vehicles from her now.
