Amazing Service - Amazing People I was looking for a very specific vehicle - and discovered that MotorWerks of Barrington had not only the vehicle I was looking for - but also had it I was looking for a very specific vehicle - and discovered that MotorWerks of Barrington had not only the vehicle I was looking for - but also had it for a price that was amazing. I worked with Geno Cabana over the course of a week to talk through the details of the SUV and once it arrived on their lot, they were quick to get me detailed pictures and perform the certification, so that I knew exactly the condition of the vehicle. Within a day, I found myself driving nearly 400 miles from my home to the dealership to make the deal - and from the moment that I stepped into their showroom, they showed us nothing but kindness and professionalism. Everyone - from Nina, who greeted us so warmly and made sure to adjust the temperature inside the showroom when it was obvious I was freezing! She even walked us around the dealership to show us all of the different showrooms - includng a pitstop at their Starbucks to refresh our beverages. To Ali - who busted his butt to get our vehicle in order and ensure that all questions were answered before we left. Last but not least - HUGE shout out to Mike Noyes.... the numbers guy. The guy who.. let's be honest.. no one is excited to deal with. Mike was amazing - he actually made spending money something I enjoyed (said no one ever - until now.) He was personable, but to-the-point... He showed us all options and gave us the info we needed to make informed decisions .. including adding more coverage to our certification, which in a MILLION years, I never thought I would do. Bottom line - I spent nearly 14 of 30 hrs this past weekend driving between Mpls and Chicago to do this transaction and I wouldn't hesitate - not for a moment - to do it again. I only wish I lived closer, as this is the ONLY dealership I want to buy a car from going forward! More

Within 20 minutes of my email enquiry Ali called me and confirmed that the vehicle was still available. We met with Ali the next day for what we thought would be to just check the vehicle out. After a short period of negotiations with both Ali & John a deal I could not resist was agreed upon and the vehicle was prepped within an hour. We were able to finalize everything swiftly and drive the car home avoiding a return visit. Our experience was nothing less than excellent. More

Buying a car was fun! I recommend Motor Werks! I am one of those people who does crazy online research before I even step foot into a dealership, so walking in I knew the exact car I wanted, the pr I am one of those people who does crazy online research before I even step foot into a dealership, so walking in I knew the exact car I wanted, the price, the financing, etc. Going to other dealerships I have found that I still end up spending about 10 hours of my day there haggling, even though I normally tell them up-front exactly what I am willing to pay. THANKFULLY, I went to Motor Werks and Carolyna Janota was my salesperson! She is personable, professional and had the same goals as me. She listened well to my needs, my offer, and cared about me as a person first (not just a buyer). Sales Manager Geno Cabana jumped in for the final state of bargaining, but was professional, kind and reasonable. which all went quickly and honored my time. Thank you! I did have to wait a bit for a financing person to be free, which seemed to be the downside of the day, but then I ended up having a wonderful conversation with sales person Ali Nauraiz for about 20 minutes, which made the time fly! I felt like not only had I purchased a car, but I had an enjoyable day and made some friends in the process! Not what I expected. Financing Manager Ryan Durso was next up, and was so knowledgeable about the financing process that I learned a ton! Thank you! Then it was time to leave: Carolyna personally walked me out. We found Ali outside putting my new license plates on, and then Geno came outside to say goodbye and to introduce me to Viecente, a porter who would be following me home in my new car so that I could drive my existing car home. I thought the experience was over, but upon driving Viecente back to Motor Werks we had such a great conversation that once again I was bowled over by how fun the car buying experience had been. TIP: Practically I had read online that showing up in the middle of the week is best, since most dealerships are not as busy during those days, and I found that to be helpful! I think that this is probably true of Motor Werks since it was not overly busy, which allowed them the time to give me even more personalized service. Bonus: They offered me free car washes there in the future! Yes, please. Again, THANK YOU to MOTOR WERKS for your professionalism, experience, and making it fun! For those buying a car in the future, I would say to check out Motor Werks of Barrington. More
