We returned to the dealership to finalize pricing, and met with Ed to discuss the warranty and the specs on the car. We greatly appreciated the honest insight, so that we could feel confident with our decision. My husband and I had been in the hospital due to my daughter been sick and when arrived to the dealer and we felt the empathy from John Gregory. I transferred license plates and Ali made the change in the parking lot on a bitter cold day, all the while maintaining a pleasant, helpful demeanor.
