After a test drive and discussion with Casey staff we decided on the x5. Alexxio went out of his way to take care of us throughout the purchase. Our genius guide who showed us the cars was also great. It is obvious that all levels of management and staff are dedicated to the product and assisting customers. There was no pressure or salesyness at all - I was free to fall in love with the car of my choice and he handled all the paperwork to provide me with purchase options within about the span of an hour! It was just so simple, easy and the service levels were amazing. The showroom itself is clean, organized and the workflow is not chaotic at all. Every person involved in the deal treats every customer with an incredible amount of interest, time spent and I did not feel rushed at all.
