Alex Wong is an amazing service advisor! He is so knowledgeable and professional with a great personality that it made my whole service experience easy. I was so impressed with the service He is so knowledgeable and professional with a great personality that it made my whole service experience easy. I was so impressed with the service that I received from Alex as he has a calm and professional demeaner that makes him so trustworthy and I was so happy as I learned a great deal speaking with Alex on a number of issues as he patiently explained everything to me. He gave me a timeline of what to expect and of course, my car was ready before the time that he promised my vehicle, which was very nice. I cannot emphasize how happy I was with the service that I received from Alex and I highly recommend him. I will always ask for Alex going forward as he will be my go to guy for any service that my Audi needs! More

This service department is absolutely fantastic! Dani Paiz is usually my service advisor, but was on vacation when my vehicle was in need of service. She is always fantastic, and I will say that Ale Dani Paiz is usually my service advisor, but was on vacation when my vehicle was in need of service.
