I had already been to a few dealerships and felt that many of them could not answer my questions, in regards to the product they were trying to sell me. I felt with Chris that he was knowledgeable, and above all, did not pressure me to purchase a vehicle. He was friendly and patiently walked me through how to operate the vehicle that I purchased. I later found out that Chris was a former manager of Volkswagen and it showed. He was thorough, relaxed, and knowledgeable. More

While I had been to this location for servicing, this was the first time I had the opportunity to lease a new vehicle here, and it was an exceptional experience. Chris was the best sales person I’ve ever the first time I had the opportunity to lease a new vehicle here, and it was an exceptional experience. Chris was the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with, and I think this is due to the fact that he used to be the general manager here several years ago. My experience with him was so great because he had a sense of authority and transparency that was refreshing. This made it incredibly easy for me to make decisions, which are usually tougher when you don’t have all the answers and knowledge available — or if you simply don’t have rapport with the salesperson. I posted in a few online channels (local FB groups) just to make sure people knew how good this location was, and specifically to ask for Chris. I'm hoping that somehow draws up some more business for you guys. More
