Alex is wonderful and deserves the biggest raise possible! We had very specific ideas of what we wanted and what we needed and he helped us make it happen! I’ve been to many different dealers in my WPB area. Mazda on Northlake and Alt A1A have the best sales people. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their cars. So many salespeople in our society treat seniors as if we’re invisible or senile, I, as a 78 yr old woman, have walked out of many car dealerships because of their condescending and pressure tactics. I leased my 3rd car yesterday and I will advise anyone looking for a vehicle to go there. Bought two cars from this place in one week(and my truck about 2 years ago) and one week later I’ll never step foot in here again. But the Manager Dan was a total xxxxxxx. 3 days after getting my Jeep my back windshield randomly burst into a million pieces when shutting my front driver door. I contacted them right away and asked if there was anyway to fix it since we had just bought two cars from them. Numerous calls to the dealership giving me the runaround never calling me back telling me they’ll call back tomorrow over and over so I waited for over a week having no car to drive just for them to finally basically tell my Dad to screw off because I’m a “young kid” (I’m 24) who probably broke it myself. It’s not even the fact they didn’t fix it, it’s that I waited for so long just for them to go off on my father. I loved going to this dealership but Dan is a horrible manager I’ll never be back. More
