I get a phone call the next morning from Casey as a follow up to make sure everything is going smooth so far with the car. Overall Heritage Toyota is my favorite place to buy a car because of how helpful and friendly everyone is and they go the extra mile to make sure you get into the car you love without having the pressure of your average dealership. More

I walked into this dealership knowing I wanted a Toyota but not much more. Alex greeted me at the door and we went over my situation. Looked at both the Rav-4 and Corolla and went home to think about it. Felt absolutely no pressure from Alex to make a decision but he was always there when I had a question (even after buying the car!). 10/10 would recommend you buy from him! More
