This place ROCKS! I had the absolute best buying experience ever. I called to test drive a car and the car was ready to go when I got there. I fell in love with it and I had the absolute best buying experience ever. I called to test drive a car and the car was ready to go when I got there. I fell in love with it and Sean was ready to get things moving . They are even going to repair a small crack on the dashboard at no extra cost. I also got 1 year of FREE car washes. Al Castro was my client advisor, and he went above and beyond my expectations. I needed help with wheels and tires, and Al Castro went to the tire shop 4 times to help me. Mr. Kris Gaerlan was able to get me a great financing rate. Having the financing done at Dallas Lease Returns made the paper work very easy. When I was picking up my new car, one of the managers Alex walked around the car with me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Alex said that he worked there for over 30 years, and his passion for client satisfaction showed. I had ride issues to pick up the vehicle, and Al Castro delivered the car to my home with his coworker. I summary, Dallas Lease Returns is a place that I would recommend to my friends and family.
