Awesome staff My first time buying a car and with being only 23 they treated me just as professional as anyone else. Their hours are great as they are open until 9 My first time buying a car and with being only 23 they treated me just as professional as anyone else. Their hours are great as they are open until 9 everyday including Sunday. When I first messaged about the car that I was interested in, it was around 8 pm on a Sunday, I recieved a call from their sales associate prince hijazi not even an hour later. Prince made the process so easy as I live an hour out of town and he even took the car down to my own town to let my mechanic look it over, this would of been an hour drive both ways plus the time for my mechanic to see it. I wasn't able to see the car in person until 3 days after I had first messaged about it, and they were able to hold the car with a small deposit, and Prince answered every question about the car that popped into my head through those 3 days. After the sale was final, they had it ready for me in 2 days and betweeen then they were just as good with answering my questions. Both my boyfriend and I have now switched dealerships from our home town to southbanks, for service repairs and everything else. Thanks to the awesome staff at southbanks we are now loyale customers. P.s. My boyfriend bought a car the day I picked mine up, not planning to, just because of how awesome the staff is and the great deals they gave him. More

He was able to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with making a purchase. The day of the pick up of our vehicle, he made sure that we were completely satisfied with the purchase and that all the requests had been done. I would definitely recommend SouthBank as a dealership for the exceptional client service, and I would absolutely recommend Rami as the go to for Sales. All around the entire experience was great, from the time we walked in the door to see the vehicle, to dealing with Rami, talking with the Sales Manager, and then talking with the Finance Manager. More

We had a couple negotiations throughout the day and I felt he was honest and wasn't trying to dupe me. He let us try our car seat in the truck without a problem. I had a good experience purchasing a vehicle from from Mr.Dallaire. After that I dealt with Al Alqasem in Finance and he was very thorough with the payment and warranty and other information i needed to know. Once we had finished speaking I feel I understand everything perfectly. Good experience! The Bad: We had a misunderstanding on price at first and another salesman stepped in to "fix the problem" this gentlemen actually gave me a more expensive offer on the same vehicle and then tried switch it with another one that was significantly cheaper but that was not reflected in the price. Very sneaky! I have never seen so many different numbers. I ended up walking away. I called later that day to get the actual price because I was so confused after our negotiation. This salesman said he would call me back in 10 minutes. over an hour later Mr. Dallaire returned my call and we were able to come to an agreeable price on both sides. Had I not had that experience I would probably rate this dealership as a good one across the board. More

Solid RAM Dealerhip Recently after several months of identifying a truck I felt met my needs, I visited 2 dealerships who had almost identical machines. The contrast and styles of the two adjacent dealers was remarkably different. The first dealership wasted about 2 days of my time and could not arrive at a deal since I had a trade-in, and they did everything to discredit its value. No one there could make a decision and the staff were uneducated in the vehicle they were selling. Next week, I perused the net and found an identical machine existing at Southbank Dodge. I examined the machine at my leisure and when I found it was exactly as ADVERTTISED I was greeted by Cam who knew the truck intimately in terms of its options and details, and even mentioned a shortcoming. We had a test drive where again he knew every feature of the machine I was not completely familiar with. The experience became even more professional at Southbank. Without pressure he asked me if I was interested. I indicated this machine met my expectations. Pat Butler then gave me an appraisal on my machine without any hesitation he had a value and this guy knows his stuff. We negotiated a reduced price on their RAM and within 30 minutes had consummated a contract with very fair value to both parties. There was to and fro and fairy tales on expectations. Just a solid business frame work and then I made a nominal deposit with Ala who did a remarkable job of explaining all the intricate details of this transactions and obtained financing at the best rate possible. Being fastidious on my maintenance I later asked for a synthetic oil change as I do not use mineral oil and the complied and provided plates free of charge whereas they could have easily asked for this cost. I could go on and on, and being an engineer most of our types are very inquisitive on details, quality and performance. Without a doubt, this is the premier Dodge and RAM dealership in Ottawa with Metro a close second. The rest (including my experience a week before) are not up to par, and I would recommend this dealership, and cadre of professional to anyone searching for a quality vehicle with management that can make a decision and not consume your precious time on gamesmanship and beurocratise. He was very friendly and demonstrated he would go above and beyond what was expected to provide great customer service. He was ready to drive to our home half an hour away to deliver us the second key to the vehicule which was not given to us at delivery. (Patrice did not deliver the car to us, as he wasn't at work that day). Delivery of the vehicule on the other hand, was not the greatest. After signing the final paperwork, another salesman handed us the manual, the key (only one, being told in the beginning there was just one?, no real effort made to find the second one) and we were basically sent on our way, with no inspection of the vehicule, no description or demonstration of any features in the car, or even being asked if we had any questions. Had Patrice been the one to deliver the car, I'm sure the overall experience would have been great. I would recommend this dealership for its large inventory of vehicules, and specifically Patrice as a salesperson. More

Best Experience Yet I have purchased many new vehicles over the years but this was by far the best experience yet. I dealt with Decio to begin with, first by email, then I have purchased many new vehicles over the years but this was by far the best experience yet. I dealt with Decio to begin with, first by email, then in person. His first price was way better than what I was seeing from other dealerships. I dealt with Brandon for the test drive and to finish up with the paperwork. Surprise...no backroom discussions with the Manager, no coming back saying that he needs another $2K, just a face to face discussion about what they needed to do to make the deal, and when I told them, they said...OK! Really! Total time, about 30 minutes including the test drive. Then off to Al for the paperwork, and again absolutely no pressure to purchase anything additional. 2 days later, an on-time pickup of my new 2015 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. First time I have purchased a vehicle where the total experience was absolutely great. Would definitely recommend! Lionel More
