Very pleased with my new CX-30 purchase at 495 Mazda. Very low pressure, and they worked hard to find just the right trim with the options I was looking for. Al Blank stepped up for me and kept after my insurance company to finish their processing, as it was holding everything up. A real pleasure working with this team! More

The service was bad. Like, so bad, I will not go back. I love my Mazda, but I strongly dislike Sean, the general manager, at 495 Mazda. He let me down on multiple occasions and nowhere to be found to face m love my Mazda, but I strongly dislike Sean, the general manager, at 495 Mazda. He let me down on multiple occasions and nowhere to be found to face me. Or apologies. I wasn't able to negotiate anything off the car, he offered me an offensive amount for my car. And registered the wrong VIN number and the mistake wasn't caught right away so it delayed the process. He was suppose to call me to let me know the car was ready after it was registered correctly. I called for an hour and a half starting at 2:30pm for him to finally call back at 4PM. I headed down there immediately and by the time it was all done it was 5:10pm and I was told I would have to come back to get it inspected because the shop was closed. All you had to do was call, Sean, but you didn't. I never went back and just paid for my inspection to be done at a local shop. More
