This has been my best interaction with a dealership to date. Since I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect and I really felt welcome. Didn't expect to leave with a car but I did! Great experience with Ahmad at Elk Grove Toyota. He helped me compare the different models and was patient as I thought it all over. I fully intended to look at, sit in and test drive some cars but never to leave with one that day. After looking at initial lease and purchase pricing, Ahmad helped me make the best decision for my needs. I was elated to walk out with a brand new RAV4 SE!
