Derek handles the service on both my Q7 and S5 He takes care everything prior to me dropping off one of my vehicles all the way until I it’s time to pick it up. I don’t have to worry about a thing. Every single employee is patient and kind and explains every detail of the service provided. My experiences with everyone at the dealership have exceptional. Adnan Sevhovic is a sweetheart. The sales team, the service advisors and all the Audi certified technicians are professional, customer focused, and efficient. At my my most recent visit, Kelly Mullaney was my service advisor. She was thorough, professional , knew my car and everything that was needed, and had my loaner car waiting. Phenomenal service. Kelly works hard without distractions and is friendly and hardworking professional. More
