Adam Miller is a native of Brattleboro, VT; a Vermonter born and bred who can't imagine himself living anywhere else. Adam joined the Heritage Toyota sales team in 2011, after spending several years in the housing industry. Adam helps our staff maintain accurate and effective customer records, uses data to identify opportunities on the sales floor, and helps develop processes within the department. In his spare time, Adam enjoys fishing, gardening, snowboarding, cooking, hanging out with his two dogs, or just hanging out with friends.

We have had several experiences with different salesmen at different places and Adam was 110% the BEST we have had! My father and I are very pleased with our purchase and the experience we shared at Heritage Toyota! We walked out that day with that truck! Adam has got to be one of the friendliest salesperson I know. My car had been total loss after a deer just sprang out of the field directly in the line of my driving. I had a lot going on; including full time school and a daughter. I started by looking into used vehicles. I was anxious about having to do this. I wanted a reliable car for my daughter and I. I didn't want to be dead on the road in a matter of months. I didn't have much to work with from the insurance. I called Toyota and started speaking with Adam. Thank God. Not only was he friendly and easy to talk with, he was knowledgeable and very supportive. Thank God for the student lease program that Toyota was offering. Adam talked with me about this program but I never felt pressured. He was willing to work with me whether it meant I was going to buy a used car or try a leased car. He was patient; I changed my mind many times! He always had a good attitude, answered my questions and if he didn't know how to answer a question, he found out. Adam made this process as stress-less as possible. He knew I had a tight schedule and worked around my schedule to best accomadate me. I would say he went out of his way to ensure I had a good experience. It worked. Thanks Adam! More

Adam was about the nicest saleman we've ever had. His personality is great, genuinely friendly and interested in you and your situation and hopes for the car buying process. He was responsive and eager to answer questions, always getting back to us when the answer required research or contact with another member of his team. We would highly recommend seeking him out as your salesman, especially if you are at all nervous about purchasing a vehicle as we were. He will treat you fairly and honestly, listen to the details of your needs and truly do his best to put you in a car you will be happy with for the long haul. We bought a new RAV4 and traded in a used Yaris we had bought from Heritage a few years previously, and couldn't be happier both with the vehicle and the deal we arrived at. We have gone back to Heritage twice now and will continue to do so gladly! More
