Well, where to start! Conor is by far the most down to earth, non-pushy, funny, patient, and most knowledgeable sales person we had the pleasure to deal with during our first car buying experience in alm earth, non-pushy, funny, patient, and most knowledgeable sales person we had the pleasure to deal with during our first car buying experience in almost 10 years! He knows a lot about the cars he sells compared to other dealerships we had already spoken with in the area. We were upfront in letting him know we were looking into other car manufacturers still and that never deterred him into not giving us his full attention. He let us test drive the cars we were interested in and answered all of our questions etc . In the end we did in fact end up back at Heritage to further our discussions and options for the cars we were interested in. We ended up in a new Venza and so far, cannot be happier! Conor went thru all our options , buying or leasing, and helped us come to our final decision to lease. I give him a lot of credit in dealing with my indecisiveness, he handled it well and with a smile! Kudos Conor! I would recommend him to anyone and I hope Heritage knows what a great asset he is. They are extremely lucky to have him. So far we have only had the opportunity to deal with the sales portion of Heritage but if service is anything like our experience so far, then we made a great decision in buying our car from them! More

I had a very positive experience purchasing my prius from heritage toyota. a big reason was my salesperson, Adam Miller. So today I finally did it. I got the vehicle of my dreams. After researching online I found a nice used Rav4. After a couple email exchanges I headed into the dealership to find it extremely busy. Seemed very friendly from the start. I told Adam about the Rav4 I had seen online. He knew right away which one I was talking about. He went and pulled it around and we then went on a lengthy test drive. Not being sure if it was the right choice for me. He let me test drive a new Rav4. Upon returning I wanted Adam to show all my options. Buy new, lease new or buy the used. After showing me my options he stepped back to let me decide what was right for me. No pressure. After I finally made my decision. I choose not to trade my current car and had the issue of how am I going to drive two cars home. Adam was wonderful and offered to drive my old car back to my house and had one of his family members follow us there. Above and beyond. Thank you Adam. Thumbs up. More

HE TENDED TO ME AND MADE SURE HE KEPT ME IN THE LOOP AND THAT I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I EXPLAINED TO HIM MY WANTS, NEEDS, AND INTENTIONS AHEAD OF TIME AND HE LISTENED! HE MADE THE TRANSACTION VERY EASY AND WE ALL GOT WHAT WE WANTED IN THE END. PRICE WAS GIVEN A 4 BECAUSE TO THE ZERO PERCENT INTEREST OFFER I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE PRICE OF THE CAR WAS HIGHER THAN OTHER SIMILAR ONES I SEARCHED ONLINE. STILL VERY HAPPY WITH MY DECISION AND I LOOK FORWARD TO DEALING WITH ADAM AND THE CREW IN THE FUTURE! More

During initial contacts with Adam, whilst I didn't need any help in auto selection, he managed to let me know that it was a most sound choice, and that the vehicle would entirely meet my expectations.
