Cudos to Kia This was my second time back. The first visit was with a good friend and second visit for myself. Adam was my salesperson. I purchased many new cars o This was my second time back. I purchased many new cars over the years and this was the first experience that I did not feel overwhelmed nor obligated. Adam made sure it was a smooth experience from beginning to end. They made buying a New car a pleasant experience I had gone there to lease a model I had picked out online. After seeing in in the inventory lot I really didn't like the color. My salesman Adam worke I had gone there to lease a model I had picked out online. After seeing in in the inventory lot I really didn't like the color. My salesman Adam worked hard to find a similar model close to my original price point. He spent the time I needed to make a decision and made the whole process work smoothly. He took me to a local branch of my bank to get the funds, since I didn’t know my way around his area. He and his cousin, also a sales rep. at the dealership, delivered the car to my doorstep in bad weather. Earlier, he drove to a remote parking lot so that we could look at every version of the trimline I was considering buying. These things are more than I expected from a car salesman, based on my previous experiences. The finance manager was also pleasant and reasonable. More
